Yoki has spent over 20 years in customer service and brings a wealth of experience and warmth to the front desk at Irving Pet Hospital. Originally from the Philippines, he studied Business Management at the University of Perpetual Help before moving to California. His love for animals grew after meeting his wife, who works in the veterinary field—an experience that inspired him to volunteer at mobile vaccine clinics, where he quickly fell in love with both the service and the industry.
Outside of work, Yoki is an avid sports fan who follows all Bay Area teams, the Boston Celtics, and Arsenal FC. He enjoys playing sports, watching TV series (especially gangster-themed ones), and spending time with his wife and their pets: four dogs—Marston and Sadie (named after Red Dead Redemption) and Arwen and Théoden (named after The Lord of the Rings)—plus a cat named Gooders Edgar Hoover, affectionately known as “The Goobs.”
